Privacy Notice (KVKK)
Privacy notice on the processing of personal data of isikcelik.com visitors under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Işık Çelik (the "Company"), acting as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), processes the personal data of visitors to the isikcelik.com website (the "Site") within the scope described below. This notice is issued in accordance with Article 10 of the KVKK and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.

Personal data processed, purposes and legal bases
No data is collected through registration or forms on the Site. The data processed during your visit and when you contact us is shown in the table below.

Method of collection
Your personal data is collected automatically through server logs and cookies while you visit the Site, and by partially non-automated means when you contact us via the e-mail addresses or phone numbers published on the Site.
Transfer of personal data
Your personal data may be transferred, within the framework of Article 8 of the KVKK, to the hosting provider of the Site (for technical infrastructure and security), to authorised public bodies in order to fulfil our legal obligations, and to our legal advisers in the event of a dispute.
If you give explicit consent to analytics cookies, your cookie data is transferred abroad to the servers of Google LLC, provider of Google Analytics, on the basis of your explicit consent under Article 9 of the KVKK. In addition, your IP address is transmitted to Google Fonts and jsDelivr when static files are loaded for the appearance of the Site. Google Analytics is not run unless you consent.
Retention period
Server access logs are kept for a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 2 years as required by Law No. 5651 and the related regulation. Cookie retention periods are stated in the Cookie Policy. Information you send by e-mail or phone is retained for as long as the purpose of the communication requires and for the limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation; it is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
- To learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom the data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- To request erasure or destruction of the data under Article 7 of the KVKK,
- To request that corrections, erasures and destructions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- To object to a result against you produced exclusively by automated analysis,
- To claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
How to submit a request
You may submit requests concerning your rights, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, in writing to the address above together with documents proving your identity, via registered electronic mail (KEP) or secure electronic signature, or from an e-mail address you have previously notified to us and which is registered in our systems, to info@isikcelik.com.
Your request is concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, depending on its nature. If the process requires an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be applied.
Changes
This notice may be updated to reflect changes in legislation or in our data processing activities. The current version is always published on this page.
